What’s it like to attend a Certitec training course?

17 January 2018

For those that haven’t trained with us before, but are looking to potentially book on to a course, this blog will aim to give you an insight into what a Certitec training course is all about!

Location is very important to us, as it is for you. We want to make sure that all of our centres are easy to get to, which is why they’re central and close to tube and railway stations. You don’t want to be stressed trying to find your way to the training room.

Once in the training room you’ll have full reigns of the kitchen, so help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits. You can’t learn on an empty stomach.

When your training begins, you’ll notice that course numbers will be kept to around 8 delegates. We’re firm believers that high course numbers mean less time and attention from the trainer, something we disagree with.

We pride ourselves on our training quality, so allowing you to take advantage of the knowledge our trainers have is a must!

When you sit down at your station you’ll have two monitors to work from. The first will be your station and the second will be to follow your trainer. You’ll be hands on applying the information being taught on one, whilst watching demos on the other. You can also learn on either a Mac or PC, so make sure you tell us beforehand.

The course will be structured as per the course outline, so you’ll know exactly what the course will cover. If time permits, we do love giving you extra information, or sneak peaks!

You’ll have the opportunity to take your work home and you’ll also receive a ‘Classroom in a Book’ that is yours to keep. Why should your learning stop when the training ends!

All delegates also receive 6 months technical support and access to our support system. You can leave with the confidence that we’re here to help!

If you have any questions about any of our courses, please don’t hesitate to contact our bookings team.

Many Thanks

Team Certitec
