How do I create a motion tween from my symbol in Animate?

To change the scale and rotation of an object then use the transform panel. To further enhance the rotation then right-click on the seahorse layer and select Create motion tween (the layer turns a gold colour).

Once the object is selected, drag to the width of the banner (frame 96) and a motion path has been created.
